Publish to Idealista.
If you want to publish your property to Idealista, the property has to follow some certain criterias.
Start with the tab "Deals" in your property. The property must be marked as "International" in the Tasks tab and Spain or Portugal has to be selected as country. You can not have "new development" as marked in the task tab if you want to publish to Idealista.
Basic data - The property has to have "House" "land" or "condominium" as the property type if you want to publish your property from Mspecs to Idealista . Other property types, must be managed manually in Idealista's portal.
Under the tab "deal"-> "Main currency" in the property in Mspecs, choose which currency should be displayed. If you choose for example "Euro" as the main currency in the assignment, the Euro will also be transferred to Idealista.
Open Idealista
For publishing to Idealista, go to "Marketing" in the left menu in the property and click on the tab "publish". Then open Idealista Spain.
Always start by clicking on "Get new eastate info" in the left corner when the Idealista modal is opened, to ensure that all information about the property has been transfered from Mspecs to Idealista.
Go through all the information in the Idealista modal. Start with property facts in the left menu and all information below. Then go through "Images" and then the contact tab. If a red warning sign is displayed, more information about a specific tab is needed. Write in more information in the specific tab, or select one of the options in the drop down menu where the warning sign is appearing:
If you want to add more descriptions in other languages, klick on "+add":

To enter which images should appear in the Idealista marketsplace, go to "Images" in the menu to the left (1). Then click on the button "Add images" (2) and select which images are to be added via the + sign next to each image (3):
Make sure your contact information is correkt.
When the property is ready to publish, click on "save" and then on publish in the right corner.
